You usually know when something does not feel right.
I have had some frustrating injuries and no apparent or obvious reasons why, for many years. When I visited my fourth specialist late this year, I got some results -and answers. I have not done my usual blog posts for some months due to pain and injury. Various torn tendons that have been limiting my mobility. Pain, inflammation. No answers. I kept searching. I found a specialist who persevered. Rheumatoid Arthritis with some variations was diagnosed. An auto-immune issue. Ok, what now? My fingers have flared. They are red, sore and have not enabled me to use my computer keyboard easily. Prescribed medicines have not been successful so far. Keep up my research. Keep motivated. Do what I can do each day. That's all any one of us can do. Be proactive, be positive, be informed. Reach out and get support from professionals. Get knowledge. Take one day at a time. Enjoy and make the most of each day. Be the best version of oneself as one can be. Vary the things that I am interested in doing. Do what I can when I can. Read other people's posts that inspire and motivate me. Keep learning, smile, and find joy in moments that I rushed through previously. Yes, I will do what I can do each day. After all, that's all any of us can do.
