The messages above can help show us the way. Not shouting at us, but consistently and steadily reminding us to grow. We can stay with the same-old, same-old. We might not have to answer to anyone (within reason). But the effort to grow should still come from us to keep moving forward. After we finish navigating life in our teens most of us are considered adults. In many countries you are an adult and accountable for your actions at age 18. This rite of passage also brings with it responsibility and the general progression to study and/or work. You need to think about what you want to do. Where to proceed with the skill set that you have been blessed with, or to discover a skill that you might not know you had at all! I recall a wonderful quote (by Ray Kroc).

"A work in progress" - Can sometimes refer to a commercial project. - Can sometimes refer to the production of a Movie or live theatre that is not ready yet. - How about our own lives? I sometimes think we can be a "work in progress" too. So much to achieve. So much to learn. So much to give. So much to experience. I am a work in progress. - What area of your life is a work in progress? What can you do now to move yourself forward?
